These terms govern your use of the Pharmacy Exchange website and network, operated by BSTRAP ("we", "us"). By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the service
The Pharmacy Exchange network is offered to pharmacies and their partners by invitation. You must be authorized to act for your pharmacy and provide accurate information when requesting access.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with your professional and regulatory obligations.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not disrupt, probe, or misuse the service or its security controls.
Messaging
Messages, including SMS, are sent only to recipients who have consented. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before asking us to message people on your behalf.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Members are responsible for their own obligations regarding protected health information and for using the service consistently with applicable law and any agreement between us.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Pharmacy Exchange is a coordination and communication service and does not provide medical or pharmacy advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
